You Have a Choice
It's so much easier to think that is was someone else's fault, that we are not accountable or responsible. Oh but the good stuff....we made that happen of course we did! Somethings are out of our control however ultimately we still get to choose how we proceed or digest the information.
Stuff happens and you feel like your alone, that no one understands. I don't know is that a way of us deciding that we are not ready to talk because if we talk then we need to be prepared to make decisions or take action.
When something positive happens in our lives we call someone, we shout it from the roof tops there are so many people who we can tell. Right?
Do you see where I am going with this?
Why is it that when positive things happen we can tell and talk to anyone and everyone but when negative things happen we freeze up and have this need to bottle it up and not tell anyone...how weird is that!
My point is you, me...we all have a choice and two minds are better then one right? We create our own destiny. Our past, our "stuff" that may have helped shape us but that doesn't define who we are and what we are going to do.
We decide that!

Success Comes in Cans
Not cant's...
What you focus on expands; that's why it is crucial that you focus on the can's.

Don't get me wrong I know heaps of people you draw on life or business from a "feel sorry for me" or "this person sucks because...." place and do well from it. However is this really where you want to draw your motivation from? Really? No, no way. While it works well for some people you clearly need to wonder about the underlying happiness. However on the flip side of that we have to remember-
What similarities do families, teams or friends have with a jigsaw puzzle?
* They all have to fit together
* The completed/whole picture is better then the individual
* It takes all different shapes to make the whole picture, each piece isn't the same.
* You need to find the right pieces
* All pieces are interconnected
* Each piece has a part to play and is needed in the right sequence
* There are natural groupings
* The solution can be fragile
* Some pieces are central and some are peripheral
* Pieces need someone to move them
* Patience

Celebrate Everyday

Make every day a day to celebrate life and be thankful. Look to every day as a day of new beginnings, opening your heart to positive hope and unlimited potential.
Take time to pull yourself away from all the noise and just look around you. Take inventory. Appreciate those who have enhanced the quality of your life and remember that they have been a gift to you. Also remember that you're a gift to them, too.
Be grateful for the choices you've made, both good and bad. Accept your mistakes: you can't change them anyway. Apply what you've learned and go on.
Use these lessons to help you with your other decisions in life. Appreciate yourself and your own uniqueness. Go outside and look at the sky. Soak in the atmosphere. Enjoy the colors of the landscape. Feel the textures of every place you're thankful for. Smile at the world. Don't allow any negative feelings to creep into your consciousness. Feel the power of your own acceptance. Put a positive spin on every thought you have.
Make every day special. Own it. Enjoy it. Bask in the glory of life. Appreciate the gift of your own life.

How are your 2010 goals going? Check in...
Now is a great time to check in to see how your goals are going. Are you on track? What I find a little difficult is writing down a list a my goals that is for the whole year. So this year I actually gave myself time frames to go by which makes it much easier to track your goals.
My 2010 personal goals-
* Move into house- Check
* Re structure work load so I'm not working until 2am 3 times a week- Check
* Lose weight- Mmm! Work in progress but I'm on my way. I have a new work out regime so it's great to be back on the horse.
* Spend quality time with my family- Check
So I must say I am travelling pretty good. So I am happy with my progress of my personal goals. How am I travelling with my business goals?
* eCourse written and launched- Check...now I am actually re working it as per my clients requests...watch this space.
* Home study pack written and launched- Check
* Event by March- Check...I have done my seminar as well as Bras, Boobs & Bubbles nights. However this is an ongoing element for Bra Queen both the seminar and the bra workshops have been extremely well received.
* My blog hosted on it's own domain- Mmm! Well I am working on this as we speak I promise. So yes I am re launching this blog which is super cool.
* Book published- Work in progress I have actually got the most exciting book concept that is going to be out of this world! Eeeee!
So all in all 2010 for me is going extremely well, I am working super hard and have to force myself to stop and enjoy the process.
Reality Check- The most important thing is to celebrate and enjoy everyday to recognise what and when we accomplish something and celebrate at the time. Reward ourselves because we work really hard to accomplish our goals. We are agents of action on a train to awesomeville... I hope you haven't stepped off.

Get Over Yourself!
As my heart hurts and I don’t really know why…. I find myself thinking of my loved ones that have past and as much as they bring a smile to face and I feel myself embraced in a memory I feel fear and I don’t know why. I fear the older I get the older my loved ones get and it scares me to think that something *touchwood* would happen to them…
Everyone brings something unique and something special to the table… to the world. You know people feel on so many different levels and sometimes out of fear we block out some elements of our feelings, of ourselves.
When we judge and criticise other people it doesn’t come from their mistakes it comes from ours and who are we to do judge?
What do you bring to the table?
Is a question we all need to ask ourselves… we tend to only think about ourselves and how we feel but stop and think about everyone around us because you know what? We… you are not perfect. You say “tomato” and I say “tom’ato” there are two sides to every story. We can go through the exact same thing and view things totally differently, it doesn’t mean I’m wrong or you’re wrong it means we’re human and that’s the way the world works. We’re both right… if you are so hung up on one aspect of a story then you will miss the entire meaning of the story and that’s not good.
We have to remember what makes you smart? Guaranteed it’s not what makes me smart or your next door neighbour. For every time you think someone isn’t very smart is the very time you have to remember that it’s you that just doesn’t get ‘it’
Everyone has the freedom to be, the freedom to think and the freedom to live…
Don’t judge… don’t be that person you’re so much better then that.

How Do YOU Breathe Life Into Your Dreams?
Perfection is not unblemished and unflawed.... it's perfect because it's yours.

Learn it. Know it. Be it. Live it
So there I was 2 weeks ago driving toward Babycinos Café after Heather from Inspiring Mums was telling me about Heavenly Connected and they were doing “free readings”. I had no idea what to expect and I didn’t know anyone but I just had this feeling that I had to go, so I trusted my gut and I went.
Hayley give me a reading and it was extremely accurate and some of the things she said have really stuck.
- I’m a stifler- I hold back on the words I really want to say and I control my emotions. I shouldn’t…
- I’m healing and I should allow myself to heal.
She said heaps of other things but these stuck out to me the rest I know and I’m comfortable with the process and the progress of them.
Since then I have really tried to allow myself to feel whatever I am feeling and be honest with those thoughts.
So I have cried tears that I don’t really know how or why they come about but I allowed them to flow.
Life has bought me home twice in two short weeks and I’ll be back again soon. My partner said “Does it feel funny to be home again so soon?”
The answer was no. Why?
Over the years I have noticed that sometimes life has bought me home several times in short spaces of time because it’s where I draw my strength from.
Right now I need that, I need to understand and process information because the work I am doing is extremely close to heart and it’s bringing up some old memories that for some reason are raw at the moment.
Some people hate their home town but I love it and it’s the one place where I can go where I not only draw strength from but it feels like home it is home and I get to tackle my demons head on….
I can re visit some of the twisted things that have shaped my life and understand them on a new level.
- To the man that said “You should wear stilettos everyday so they shape your legs, wear a bra to bed so your breasts don’t sag and you’re only beautiful if you’re a size 8.” Twisted……
- To the teacher who stopped me from learning because he made me feel like I was stupid and to everyone that believe him that now say to my success “I didn’t know you had it in you” Twisted…. I did I’ve always known.
- To the man who used to take his violent drunken anger out on us I can now say you can not hurt us anymore. I may have not said anything then but I will now. Twisted….
These people would not even think that they made an impact on my life but they did and I’ll be damned if they’re going to shape my future.
I am strong…
We have our life lessons but it’s always a work in progress no matter how far you think you have come a smell or a song can have you back there in .2 seconds and it all comes back. The trick is to know your lesson and deal with it before it escalates and you can use that strength to your advantage.
We are never alone you make decision a choice, you may hurt someone, someone may hurt you we have all been there and we all understand no matter how much you think people don’t get it maybe it’s because we don’t explain it or maybe they just aren’t ready.
Learn it. Know it. Be it. Live it
Those who don’t get it are just at a different point then you and no matter where you are, what you’ve done, how much money you have or don’t have nor how old you are we go through those stages continuously through out our lives so get your head out of the sand and
Learn it. Know it. Be it. Live it

Mum's Night Out

You were energetic, fun-loving and didn't have a care in the world ...
You're still fun-loving, you just can't remember the last time you had some. You're tired, you're stressed, you're feeling like the worst mum in the world ...
You're feeling like a grumpy ogre, and you have for some time now ...
You haven't had a break in ages, and you haven't spoken to someone over three foot tall in such a long time ...
It occasionally crosses your mind about wanting to get out and have a bit of time out for you ...
Just imagine ... a night of no stress, no pressures and no one wanting something from you the second you sit down.
Enjoy not just the thought of someone serving YOU food and bringing YOU wine, but actually doing it. Without being asked thirty five times.
Feel the freedom of no interruptions, letting your hair down and letting loose!
Have the biggest belly laugh you've had in a long time, conversations with adults, hand massages and makeovers.
Dance, relax and have FUN! Remember that?
Go home rejuvenated and with a special give just for YOU!
Go home a relaxed, happy, smiling mum .

BQ is undergoing construction
I was meant for more
I am destined for greatness
So how did I get here?
The underdog who's been kicked and beaten and stripped of life let alone confidence.
But I still feel like there's more, I want more....
I have to break the cycle and stop the war because I've had enough
I can do that.... I have courage
Image is to protect
Be yourself and be it well
It's for the young and the old
It's the image you uphold
You yourself have to mold.
LIVE, TRUST & BE..... IMAGINE THE POSSIBILITY
Take action the only person stopping you is you, you ready?

I'm so tired I feel like a fraud
RRRRRT CRASH..... I am tired
Here's the reality as mind is racing a zillion miles per hour telling me what and when I need to do everything. My body has been saying slowdown...but I don't listen.
My body says; No, really slow down otherwise I'm going to shut it down.
* Little cold, little cold but I'm OK
* Little headache, little headache but I'm OK
* Little tired, alot tired so I have 2 cups of coffee so I'm OK
* Oh really my coffee machine breaks down! That's just mean.
Thank goodness my cold sore pops up right after I finish filming my segment on Room to Grow.
Really! another two cold sores you say. Maybe I should slow down? I'm so tired and so much sleep and I'm still tired.
Let's re access
Day after day, month after month, year after year and sweet Mother of God I am so exhausted I can hardly keep my eyes open. Slowly slowly I missed the hints, I didn't listen but I am not missing this reality check.
So I listen
Every week I give myself 30 mins to give myself a facial, a body scrub and a pedicure. That is my time but in reality that is not enough to keep me balanced.
If I'm going to be the best Mother, Partner and Businesswoman I can be then I need to put myself first.
Otherwise I am fraud a liar and a cheat
To look after my children, work literally every minute of everyday then pull an all nighter and wake up at 7am to start the day again that 30 minutes a week does not cut it, it's just not enough.
Who am I kidding did I really think it was enough.
Time to stop, look and listen. What do you need to readjust?

My Feel Good Friend

We all have a friend who is going through something right at this very moment. So STOP and be there for them.
It maybe something small or it maybe some big but whatever it is; be there to listen, to guide or maybe even refer them to someone who can help them.
Sometimes we are so busy and we get caught up in our own lives that we just forget that other people have ‘stuff’. This world is bigger then you and I, sometimes it just takes a call.
What are friends for…?
Maybe YOU are the person who needs help guidance or someone to talk to. Call someone, one of “your people” the person who gets it, gets you.
It’s time for a reality call, your wake up call. What are you going to do today to brighten someone else’s day?
Do you remember my series on Understanding Depression? It’s going so well and I am so proud of it… it makes my heart smile. We nearly have 1000 fans so if you haven’t yet come on board you have too. The wall will leave you speechless reading their inspiring stories.

Reflection on Perfect Parenting

I wrote a post about Reflection & Your Business Mindset but what triggered my thoughts was a discussion we had about Bad Mothers Club and guilt free parenting.
I thought why do we have so much guilt when it comes to being a parent or more specially a Mum?
Upon reflection here is what I think-
1. We hear things like-
a, My kids never had a dummy
b, I only used cloth nappies
c, A good smack never hurt anyone
d, My kids were toilet by the age of 2
So society judges us as to what we 'should' be doing, but do you what?
Whoever has already been through that period of your life that you are experiencing. They think they are perfect, that they were in fact the perfect parent. They forget that sometimes they did feel like
* You were going insane
* You couldn't be bothered to paint/paste or play with your child
* You did just long for some time to yourself
* You did sometimes just lock yourself in room and cry
* You did lose your temper
* You couldn't be bothered cooking a meal
* You did feel alone
2. Guilt by perfection-
When I'm a Mum I'll never...
* I'll only breastfeed
* I'll demand respect
* I'll be so much fun
* I'll be so patient
* I'll always listen
* I'll always cook healthy meals
* I'll never put my child in daycare
* Should I have put my child in daycare
* I'll spend heaps of time with my children
Oh I know I know "I love my kids but...." we know you love your kids but sometimes you wonder-
Where did my life go?
What day is it again?
Sleep what's that?
Me, How am I? Why I don't know no one ever asks.
Reality Is- You are the core of your family, you are what keeps it together, the drop off, the pick up, the chef, the cleaner, the organiser, the breadwinner, the motivator, the counsellor, the partner, the lover, the friend, the disciplinary, the shopper, the bill payer, the money saver and time saver.
So you what! You're not perfect and you'll never be perfect and whoever says they are are full of BS. But what you are is amazing to do what you do and give the way you give, you are nothing short of an inspiration. But give to yourself allow time to yourself just to be....
Upon reflection how do you feel?

Evolving Road to Self Discovery

One of the most important things I have learnt in life is to stop and see things for how there are and process all information. Trust and listen to what life is trying to teach me.
People come and go through out your life as we all know, they brings different things to us at the right time. Then you have a handful of friends and family that are your people- the stayers.
Your people are your support and the core of who you are.
I love my people with all my heart, what lead me to this post is a number of things but it was inspired by my last post and it got me thinking.
• Each one of my people I have work with, lived with and socialised with at the same time and we never got sick of each other. Obviously lives change and we moved on but they are still my people.
• We see each other for who we really are; we see things in each that other people don’t see.
• We started a journey and we worked hard because we are all passionate people who don’t do it for the money we do it for the love, we are successful but money does not inspire us to succeed, happiness does.
• We see beyond, we understand that there is an art to everything in life and appreciate the work you have put into it.
• We always encourage each other in our chosen paths we do not be negative and say what if, we can’t, it won’t work. No way never.
If you have anyone in your life that doesn’t encourage you in the best ways possible, I have learnt that you must distance yourself from them because they will happily use your energy, your ideas, your data, your referrals, your friends and YOU. You will not get thanks or acknowledgment you barely get a look in eye or god forbid a smile. They will drain you of your life and you are too good for that.
Ask yourself has your relationship always been so one sided? Chances are it has and you’ve never realised it! You can only try so much, you can extend the olive branch so many times and they’ll take it but they won’t be one handed back to you.
Try this: Surround yourself with-
• People who work with you on your ideas and you will create something awesome.
• Inspire you and you inspire them
• They make you laugh out loud and you’re funnier around them
• They make you a better person
• You feel like you’re a better person for knowing them
• You are always there for each other
• You see how wonderful you both are and you aren’t afraid of telling them
• You both know that there is enough success in this world for everybody so you rejoice in each other success.
You see how happier you would be everyday just by surrounding yourself with awesome people.
Tell your people just how wonderful they are today.

Happy/Sad
We moved to a new country and started a new life, a new job all on the same day, daunting but we were eager to work hard, make money and find ourselves. We did all three but we also found each other. For that I am grateful.
Two young girls we worked hard, partied hard and seen the world. Conquered our careers, trained by the best in the world and little did we know it would give us confidence, direction and an open door to any job we wanted in the industry, anywhere.
From the moment I meet you always said Australia would become your home, you wanted more then anything for this wonderful country to be yours and you’d never even been here, but you knew.
So 10 years later after you transformed many businesses into profitable sort after Day Spa’s in the most exotic locations, you came to Australia.
So excited for you because I know how much you want this and excited because I know I am a better person for having you in my life, you bring out the best in me and now you are close. You are my person, you motivate me, you say “I’m so proud of you, you’ve always wanted to own your own business and look at you you’re quite the entrepreneur” you get me and you are the air that I breathe, my core, my person.
But now you can’t say!
I am so so sad for you, I know this is your home and you love it and Australia would be a better place having you in it. You tried so hard and you nearly succeeded, it doesn’t seem fair. But we have to trust the process of life and I know that it will all work out. I know you will be back and it will be forever.

How to Beat the Blues When It's All Too Much!
How do you get yourself out?
With all the little things in life if you don’t allow your feelings to be and process them then they fester into something much bigger and it all gets too much and you crack, you feel yourself cracking, you know you’re close to the edge, so what do you do?
Do you reach out? Yes, of course but sometimes it isn’t as easy as that is it?
Sometimes you reach out and it’s taken the wrong way or they let their feelings get in they way of helping you and being there for you. People will always think of themselves and their own feelings first, it’s only natural. So as much as you say “This IS NOT about you” until your blue in the face they will still walk away thinking of themselves and thinking it IS them. Where does that leave you?
You reach out and in the end it’s still about others when for just once for a split second you wanted it to be about you, just so you can get validation and get it off your chest.
What do you do then?
Think about yourself and how you’re feeling, try to narrow the feeling down. Write it down, shake it out, breathe through it and move on. You need to validate it yourself, so sometimes you don’t have to address the person directly in order to move on.
Sometimes the people who you think will be there for you are often the ones that aren’t and vice versa the people who you think won’t be there for you often turn out to be the ones you begin to rely on. That’s the process of life and we have to trust it.
When a challenge comes your way; allow yourself to be mad, angry, frustrated or annoyed. Then ask yourself “What is life trying to teach me now, what lesson can I learn from this?”
In business you will always have the innovative thinkers, the doers and then you have the ones that will take your ideas, not think anything of it and not give reference to you. They don’t understand that joint ventures are a powerful thing if you work together you’ll have double the impact, not if I keep my cards close to my chest I’ll create possibility. But that’s OK because Entrepreneurs have so many ideas and we are not afraid to try them. So we will always be one step ahead….
Unless it has happened to someone then they can never really understand.
I remember when I was young we had a Christmas at our house Aunt’s, Uncle’s, Cousins and Granny (My Mum’s mum) and granny took all of her Grand kids out the front of our house and gave them all money for Christmas….. Except us!
My mum was most upset and it was the main topic of conversation for months, maybe even years. We said to Mum “Don’t worry about it because we don’t care” she would often respond with something like “I don’t care, she doesn’t care about me and I don’t care about her” But of course it did bother her.
I didn’t understand, until it happen to me.
Around 20 years later, seven Grand kids nearly eight. Everyone was at my house and although my Father was not there he sent all Grand kids a present except mine…
I understand now. I try to talk about it and the first thing I say is “I know it’s his loss, his choice, he made that decision” I KNOW that, but it still makes me feel crap.
Do know what everyone still says-
• It’s his loss, don’t let it get to you.
Not that easy, I know that but in that small part of your brain you wonder “Out of 5 kids why me, just one, what’s wrong with me?”
Nothing! His choice or his wife’s but that’s not the point, you have to be accountable. I was made to feel guilty in the last couple of years “Because he tries really hard with me, it’s my fault because I’m a bad daughter”
Maybe I am-
• Because I can’t pretend that you were never there,
• That you only cared when it suited you,
• You left when we needed you most and didn’t even talk about it.
• Sorry those yearly phone calls (if that) didn’t really cut it,
• That you only thought I looked good when I had an eating disorder,
• That my partner whom I love with ALL of my being “Is not good enough for me but good enough for my other sister” What the…. Idiot.
• That in 11 years you have probably called about 5 times (that’s trying really hard).
• When my first daughter was born she was not even acknowledged.
• Even when I have tried to put it behind and start a fresh, reach out you always manage to put me down and patronize me.
Because “Women in business never succeed!”
Some people think that’s funny and maybe it is just you, but I see past that persona for as funny as you maybe and all the guys think you are so funny and such a nice guy. They weren’t there to see what I saw, others maybe able forgive and I have forgiven you as well because I know it’s just you to be selfish and always take the easy way out and that’s OK because you don’t have “it” but your 4 in line does.
With that said I am done and that’s your choice. So I am not mad, angry and I don’t even hate you and from the bottom of my heart I wish you well. But I am done…
Everyone has a limit and I will not feel guilty for being true to myself, honestly and passionately. Those who love you for you will get that.
As soon as it starts to affect your day to day life you must break down your feelings into bit size chewable chucks, process it allow yourself to feel and think and move on.
Is there something that is troubling you, how do you get back on top of it?
Sunny Mummy also has some great advice on seeing life sunny side up :)

With a Challenge Comes a Lesson
Yes, it takes me alot to get mad, really mad that is.
Intentionally or unintentionally I don't know she then challenged me. I don't mind being challenged because with it is always a lesson.
What the lesson I learnt?
People who cry out for help and you're there you drop everything, they ask for help you give it, they don't it. No thank you just unorganise and reorganise then fix the problem.
What do you get?
Turn my world upside down and what do I get a big fat donut! Nothing not a thank you or even a nod. Not that I do anything just to get a thank you, I do it because I care and because I can.
Before you ask for help be sure you actually want it.
People who only do things on their terms and the world owes them, I'm sorry I just do not have the time or the patience for that.
When I can and do help people online ALL the time and they are the most nicest and grateful people ever. (Thank you for your emails, I love them)
You wanted to test me, you succeeded but when you test people you're only letting yourself down and making people put barriers up. I surround myself in people that love me for me and inspire me to be a better person.
No games no BS just friendship

Food for Thought
* People think you have to behave badly in order to get what you want but this is really not the case and people/businesses should really make a stand as too what is acceptable.
* What I am, is what I am and what you are is GREAT!
* Acceptance, Perseverance= BE
* Judge- Happiness is not to judge
* Be grateful, be humble, be honest, be you, and be all you can be
* I have amazing people in my life and I have people who challenge my thoughts in a GOOD way.

New Year, New Decade
But what about the last one, have you thought about your accomplishments in 2009.
Before you go full steam ahead for this year, allow yourself time to reflect on 2009 and give yourself a pat on the back. I had a huge year both personally and professionally I let go of somethings while I embraced others.
My biggest realisation for the year was to;
BE TRUE, HONEST AND LISTEN TO YOURSELF
My Personal Accomplishments:
* I listened to myself and then acted.
* I maintained a healthy lifestyle; I juggled work, exercise and healthy eating.
* I was able to juggle Motherhood and my business (When I say juggle is WAS just that)
* Slowly but surely our house came together, it should be finished next month, YAY!
My Business Achievement's
* I sold my baby, not Milly :)so I could focus on Bra Queen
* Bra Queen started as 1 business and now it is 2!
* Conducted the Love Your Life Challenge which went off
* Conducted the 2009 Bra Survey AND it was featured in The Age
* Radio Interviews, Papers
* Contributor Author to SPROUT WEALTH, the paperback book will be available really soon.
* The Launch of BraQueen.com.au which I love.
What happening in 2010?
Personally
* After 2 years of building we will move into our house
* Maddison starts Kinder and she has another dilation next week.

Can People Change?

Change is the essence of life, don't be scared to sacrifice who you are, you don't know who you will become.
Change is such an imperative put of life and something that is crucial for growth, so why is it easier for some and not so easy for others; for the people who fear change?
Is it as simple as personality traits?
1. Some people like the feeling of not knowing whats around the corner
2. Some people love to stay in there comfort zones, where they are safe and in control
Personally, I love change because I get bored super quick and I don't fear change I fear boredom. (as much as I bang on about "How I would love to get the time to be bored"Shh don't tell :)
On the flip side of that my partner would say "You have your head in the clouds"
I would say I like to embrace life and look up, not look down.
He likes comfort zone, I like freedom so we balance each other out.
I need to look up because for a long time as much as I have always loved life there was an element of fear and anxiety.
1. Teenage years- I loved the weekends with my friends, but I always feared them because I knew my Mum's Boyfriend would be drunk and I didn't know which one of us was going to be on the end of his rampage, I always hoped it would be me because I couldn't handle watching my Mum or Brother get hurt.
2. 18 to 20's- I had a passion and a zest for life, I loved my jobs (I had several) loved my life but feared what mood my Ex Boyfriend would come home in. What kind of day did he have? God I hope he had a good one, otherwise I would be on the firing line of that one. I loved and feared him, I didn't know any different. I knew it was wrong, but how I could I change it?
People HAVE to change
I couldn't make the men above change! The only thing I could do was change MYSELF. As scared as I was to leave and change because I didn't know what was around the corner but it couldn't get any worse.
I changed, I walked away. I left ALL of my material things behind me house and contents. As much as I had nothing I had EVERYTHING, I could breathe for the first time ever. Vowed that I would NEVER let that happen again and I didn't.
The people who hurt you shape you!
I can't change them, but they changed me.
I have strength, determination and I look up ALWAYS UP! BECAUSE I LOVE LIFE.
Change is growth, enjoy your journey and evolve.
How have you changed, what is your story? Everyone has a story...
