Believe it or not most women do! It just depends on how great the difference is.
However when you are getting fitted for a Bra you MUST always get fitted for the larger breast. Otherwise you will get spillage or the two boob look.
If there is a huge difference between the two then you can just get an insert for the smaller one to balance then out. I recommend if there is a big difference between the two the opt for a molded or semi soft cup bra that way it will disguise it.
I have answered other breast mysteries and common problems here at FAQ's

FAQ's on Bra Problems
Why do underwires ALWAYS cut into me?
It is because it is the wrong shape. You can have a bra that fits however if the shape is wrong then the bra just wont work, it wont support you and it will be very uncomfortable!
This happens alot in smaller cups as all commercial lingerie companies have the same shape, their measurements are incorrect and they are not tailoring them to a woman's body. They need to move the cups a little further apart and that will stop them digging into you. If you try a French, Italian or even UK design you can see and feel the difference.
If you read my post on It's All About The Shape it will help you.
I am having problems with rashes under my breasts from heat/sweat and was wondering if you could recommend a bra or why this is happening?
From my experience I do see alot of women who get rashes under their breasts and the majority of the time it is due to an incorrect fit. If you are not getting lift from your bra then it will rub and as you mention above from heat and sweat it will cause a rash. It is because there is no air getting through.
What I would like you to do is; with your bra on look in the mirror side on, are your breasts still going South? If so then you are not getting the lift you need from your bra.
This is if the rash is directly under your breasts.
I would recommend you re measure yourself. You can read my How to Measure Your Bra Size and that will give you your bra size.
Meanwhile go to your chemist and get a cream, then you need to be fitted correctly.

How Often Do I Wash My Bra?
This is a question I get asked ALL the time.
You can wear your bra twice before washing it.
It is not necessary to wash your bra after you have worn it once.
Aim to wash your bra 2 to 3 times a week.
How do I wash my bra?
I always recommend giving it a GENTLE hand wash, no vigorous rubbing!
If you insist on putting it in a machine then ALWAYS use a wash bag.
By looking after your bra your will maintain the shape so they remain comfortable, supportive and you will get great lift.
Don't hang it out on the clothes line, the sun will harden the material and fade the color. Just hang it inside over a chair.
How long should a bra last?
If you have a good quality bra that fits you well AND you look after it, you can expect it to last you 1 to 2 years.
Your body shape does and will change so you should always be aware of that. If you are going up and down in weight then your bra size will change as well.
You may like to read my FAQ and see how your bra should fit.

FAQ's on Bra Problems
Common Problems
Is your bust spilling over or bulging under the cup?
The cups are too small, and you will need a larger cup size.
Are the straps digging into your shoulders and leaving indentations?
You may need to loosen the straps. Or, the cups may be too small, pulling the bra downward and creating tension in the straps, and you may need a larger cup size.
Are the straps falling off your shoulders?
Most likely, the band size is too large and you will need a smaller band. It’s also possible that the bra has lost its elasticity. Or tighten the straps.
Is the band riding up your back?
The band is either too large or needs to be tightened. Adjust the band so it’s not so loose or you may need a smaller size.
Are the cups in your bra gapping?
If you’re not properly filling out the cup, then the back and/or cup size is too large and you will need a smaller size.
