I'm so tired I feel like a fraud

In my world there are rainbows and light fluffy clouds. Smiling happy children filled with laughter and good times. The perfect balance of juggling children, partner and my businesses all while leading a healthy life.

RRRRRT CRASH..... I am tired

Here's the reality as mind is racing a zillion miles per hour telling me what and when I need to do everything. My body has been saying slowdown...but I don't listen.
My body says; No, really slow down otherwise I'm going to shut it down.

* Little cold, little cold but I'm OK
* Little headache, little headache but I'm OK
* Little tired, alot tired so I have 2 cups of coffee so I'm OK
* Oh really my coffee machine breaks down! That's just mean.

Thank goodness my cold sore pops up right after I finish filming my segment on Room to Grow.
Really! another two cold sores you say. Maybe I should slow down? I'm so tired and so much sleep and I'm still tired.

Let's re access

Day after day, month after month, year after year and sweet Mother of God I am so exhausted I can hardly keep my eyes open. Slowly slowly I missed the hints, I didn't listen but I am not missing this reality check.

So I listen

Every week I give myself 30 mins to give myself a facial, a body scrub and a pedicure. That is my time but in reality that is not enough to keep me balanced.

If I'm going to be the best Mother, Partner and Businesswoman I can be then I need to put myself first.

Otherwise I am fraud a liar and a cheat

To look after my children, work literally every minute of everyday then pull an all nighter and wake up at 7am to start the day again that 30 minutes a week does not cut it, it's just not enough.

Who am I kidding did I really think it was enough.

Time to stop, look and listen. What do you need to readjust?

Introducing Australian lingerie collection KU SHU SHU by Judy Anderson.

KU SHU SHU is heavily influenced by her favourite eras – opulent 18th century costume, the 1920s jazz age and the hourglass 1950s New Look – KU SHU SHU contains unique pieces, created for the wearer to cherish for many years.

Luxurious stretch-woven silk, one-of-a-kind prints and attention to detail in design; the launch of local lingerie label KU SHU SHU targets the discerning woman who loves classically beautiful lingerie.

About the Creator:
A boutique collection of luxurious stretch woven silk lingerie and loungewear, KU SHU SHU was launched in Sydney in 2010 by designer Judy Anderson. Judy grew up amongst the spectacular scenery of northern NSW and, upon finishing school, she enrolled in Fashion College, where her passion for design was nurtured and a talent for lingerie construction led her to her first job as a pattern-maker and designer for a leading Australian label. Her training in bras and corsetry construction was comprehensive and led to a twenty year career working with leading companies including Berlei, Marks and Spencer and Gossard in Australia, the United Kingdom, Portugal, the United States, France and Asia.

Judy’s working travels and collaborations with many wonderfully talented people inspired her to create her own unique label, KU SHU SHU, which reflects and draws upon the styles she admires.

My Feel Good Friend

We all have a friend who is going through something right at this very moment. So STOP and be there for them.

It maybe something small or it maybe some big but whatever it is; be there to listen, to guide or maybe even refer them to someone who can help them.

Sometimes we are so busy and we get caught up in our own lives that we just forget that other people have ‘stuff’. This world is bigger then you and I, sometimes it just takes a call.

What are friends for…?

Maybe YOU are the person who needs help guidance or someone to talk to. Call someone, one of “your people” the person who gets it, gets you.

It’s time for a reality call, your wake up call. What are you going to do today to brighten someone else’s day?

Do you remember my series on Understanding Depression? It’s going so well and I am so proud of it… it makes my heart smile. We nearly have 1000 fans so if you haven’t yet come on board you have too. The wall will leave you speechless reading their inspiring stories.
