One River Two Currents, One Event Two Stories
I love going home, it grounds me and it makes me feel complete.
Every time I go home I go down to the river and sit on the same log I sat on when I was a teenager. Recently I went home and went down to the river and the water was so low that there is an island in the middle. The strange thing is that the currents were so strong then when it separates one side is strong and the other is slow. I thought how weird that is; only metre’s before they were going the same direction and they were going the same speed. Now they are going in different directions and different speeds.
Amazing to watch!
Its funny how 2 people can be side by side going in the same direction and then something happens and you both go your separate ways. Traveling in different directions and at different speeds, no one is wrong or right just different.
2 lives, 2 directions, 2 life experiences and what a shame if you let it get to point where you talk and you and talk a different language.
You can not judge until you have lived in their shoes!
You think you know but you don’t, instead of blaming the other person. I urge you to look at yourself ask yourself this-
•How do you come across?
•Are you putting up your defense mechanism?
•Is it really you, are you really trying to find common ground?
•Do you want too?
•Do you make it hard for people to get to know you, do you hold back?
•DO you think you know more or are better then anyone else?
There are ALWAYS 2 sides to every story, whether you what to believe it or not. I believe that most people are just trying to do the right thing or mean too.
How do you come across?
•Remember it not what you say it’s how you say it?
•Are you passive/ aggressive?
•Are you controlling or do you have trust issues?
You can change yourself, you can’t change others. It’s harder to look within but it’s easier in the long run.
What are you going to do?

I have had the desire to run my own business for many years. I started out with a Virtual Assistant business catering to other business women, as I had 14 years experience in administrative roles and then during completing a wonderful business course run by the Bizness Babes group I found there was a need to help other busy women. I also have a need to provide financially for my son and wanted to be at home to spend as much time with him as possible.
3. What are some of the exciting things that are happening in your business?
Well I have a brand new product the Magnetic Meal Planning system, which I designed, is the only one of its kind and includes 80 meal ideas. I am also working on a new product to help simplify the challenges of finding a unique gift.

Bra Wannabe's are totally O.T.T
I recently read an article called “Why a new bra could change your life” I read the title and thought “I totally agree!” so I was eager to read on.
It was THE most over the top article I have read in my life listen these absurd statements.
•“When your bra is too tight around your back, this can restrict the movement of your diaphragm; In turn this squashes your oesophagus, leading to restricted digestion and reflux.”
HOW TIGHT WOULD THAT BRA HAVE TO BE SERIOUSLY?
•The Cure:
“Ditch the restrictive bra and wear a supportive singlet instead,” says Cooper. “This will reduce the band of tension wrapped around your body.”
SURE LET YOUR GIRLS HANG FREE THAT WILL DO WONDERS FOR YOUR POSTURE! NOT TO MENTION THE VISUAL.
•“If you experience pins and needles in your arms or hands, try loosening your bra straps. “Straps that dig in to your shoulder can cut off the nerve supply,”
HOW TIGHT WOULD THE STRAPS HAVE TO BE?
•An errant underwire poking into your chest is doing more than just irritating you. “Breast tissue can become congested when it’s compressed like this. When toxins can’t drain from your breast, small harmless lumps may form. This doesn’t cause cancer – if you’re used to lumpy breasts, it makes it much harder to detect when something is really wrong.”
I’M SORRY; I’D THINK YOU WOULD KNOW IF THE UNDERWIRE IS WRONG WHEN IT’S DIGGING INTO YOUR FLESH! WOULD YOU REALLY CONTINUE TO WEAR IT?
The Cure:
“Go braless when you can,” says Cooper. “Allowing your breasts to move naturally helps toxins drain.”
PLEASE DO THIS AT NIGHT, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR HOUSE WITH OUT A BRA ON.
She did have one point I do actually agree on that isn’t totally over the top.
Let the Bra Queen tell you the facts, I’ll keep it real!
If you DO NOT wear a supportive bra, your back WILL over compensate for the weight of your breasts causing your to slouch. This in turn will over stretch your muscles and put your back out. It MAY cause you headaches.
If you are just pulling any old bra off the shelf and saying “Yeah that looks like my size” then I guarantee you you’re not.
Look in the mirror on your side, if your boobs are still heading south WITH a bra on then you are wearing the wrong size NO MATTER what your size is.
If your bra is ridding up, straps are falling down, you have 4 boobs or your boobs are falling out of the bottom for the love of god GET FITTED and you really won’t know yourself!

What Are the Best A to C Cup Bras?
For a long time my thought process has been that A to C Cups have an abundance of bras to choose from. Sadly I was wrong; yes they have literally 100’s of bras to choose from HOWEVER the quality and shapes are just as bad as their larger cup size sisters.
I recently just embarked on a review mission for smaller cups. We tried 35 bras and do you know how many I would recommend 3! That’s right 32 of them were absolutely hideous.
For some reason every lingerie company are designing the same bras as there competitors and they are ALL just producing poorly designed bras, the main problem is really bad shapes, the under wires are too close together that’s why smaller cups often have the problem of them cutting in because the bras are designed with the cups too close together.
Now you can have your correct bra size but if the shape is wrong then it’s going to be just as uncomfortable as an incorrect fitting bra.
We reviewed bras from AU $30 to AU $130 and don’t let price fool you! Designer does not necessarily mean better, you are still just paying for the label.
So what come up triumphs?
Bonds- the Bonds Super Scoop Bra is cotton and elastic and a great shape. The cups are in the correct position so it is comfortable & supportive therefore leaving you with a great cleavage and a great shape. The only thing I would question is the life span of this bra because it does have thick elastic around the band so I would imagine that it would stretch quite quickly. Make sure it fits snugly on the loosest hook so you can tighten it when it does stretch.
Bonds is available at MYER stores.
Mimi Holliday- Do the perfect balcony bra, it is French designed and you know the French they get a woman’s body and what we need!
Made with the most amazing materials and cutting edge fashion these bras will leave you feeling great. But you will still be very comfortable while you’re feeling great.
The Mimi Holliday collection is available at Kitty K, Alluring Lingerie,Cherry Noire and Little Flirt.
How Often Do I Wash My Bra?
This is a question I get asked ALL the time.
You can wear your bra twice before washing it.
It is not necessary to wash your bra after you have worn it once.
Aim to wash your bra 2 to 3 times a week.
How do I wash my bra?
I always recommend giving it a GENTLE hand wash, no vigorous rubbing!
If you insist on putting it in a machine then ALWAYS use a wash bag.
By looking after your bra your will maintain the shape so they remain comfortable, supportive and you will get great lift.
Don't hang it out on the clothes line, the sun will harden the material and fade the color. Just hang it inside over a chair.
How long should a bra last?
If you have a good quality bra that fits you well AND you look after it, you can expect it to last you 1 to 2 years.
Your body shape does and will change so you should always be aware of that. If you are going up and down in weight then your bra size will change as well.

Bra Review- Masquerade
Pandora
Cost- $114.95
Lift- 8/10
Separation- 8/10
Quality- 9/10
Shape- 8/10
Material- 9/10
Appearance- 7/10
Over All- 8/10
Bra Queen's Comments- I loved the quality of this bra! It is made really well. The material is lovely, the pattern not to my liking but a lot of women would love it. The shape was really good it's slimming however because it quite low cut it creates a bit of a V shape breast. When you have a top over it you can't see it, it's only when you looking with just the bra on.
If you have toddlers or you are up and down or running around during the day you will pop out of it. However if you work in an office it will be fine to wear everyday. I really liked it but it's not perfect there is something that isn't quite right. It's not overly comfortable.
Shanghai
Cost- $109.95
Lift- 7/10
Separation- 7/10
Quality- 9/10
Shape- 4/10
Material- 9/10
Appearance- 7/10
Over All 5/10
Bra Queen's Comments- Masquerade's Bras are made beautifully however because the shape of this bra is so bad I would not recommend at all. You will spill out it, it's not supportive, it's not comfortable and you couldn't even wear it for it's prettiness because the shape is so bad it makes your breasts just look wrong.
If you would like to check out Masquerade you can do so at Brava
