Bra Queen's Comments-This is a lovely bra, really well made, well structured and for a strapless bra it's surprisingly comfortable. This would be ideal for Bridal Lingerie!
The only downside is- it's only available in B Cups. However the positive in that is they only made the range in B Cups so they could be 100% sure the shape will suit.

Bra Review- Bras 'n' Things

BNT is one of Australia's and New Zealand's leading lingerie stores, so how does their lingerie fair up with the rest?

Every Lingerie company has two seasonal lines Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter then usually an on going line, their bread and butter lines you might call them.
Bras 'n' Things originally outsourced all of their Lingerie however over the years they slowly started to fade out there suppliers, opting to go off shore and create their own labels-

* Short Stories- A to D Cups and sleepwear.
* Truly Me- Fuller Cup Range, fuller cup being mostly E Cup some go up to F Cup.
* Wink- For teenagers, it's just like Bonds.
* Satin Indulgence- Sleepwear and your Boudoir Lingerie
* Ultimate Body- T-Shirt bras and Shapewear

Now I am noticing they are beginning to reintroduce some other labels again. Especially in their Fuller Cups they are stocking Triumph, Playtex, Berlei & Loveable. They also stock Playboy and Mossimo.

Now you go into these stores and there is just so much stock!
So I am NOT going to Review every single bra. What I am going to do is make it really simple for you. I may be generalising however you know me I am always honest and I know my bras! SO

Fashion Lines- The bras that only come out for the season.
Quality- 1/10
Material- 1/10
Shape- 1/10
Appearance- 6/10

Over All- 1/10
Bra Queen's Comments- Even if some of these bras look nice personally I wouldn't recommend them as the quality, shape and support is lacking. The price point is OK however I think you can find better. I find them very ill fitted.
Ask yourself this- If they can sell them at $10 at the end of the season and still make a profit, how much time and effort went into the structure and shape of the bra?

T-Shirts Bras- If you have full breasts, when I say full I mean how they were before you had kids. Then you'll find one to suit, however again the quality is sadly not great. Best seller is Milano- it will work for you or it won't.

Larger Cups- The only one I would recommend is the Riviera bra it is well made and provides a good shape. However it is a 3/4 cup so some of you will feel like you're popping out of it. It has quite a big lace so it may show through some clothes, however for the price it is quite good, IF the shape is right for you. It only goes up to an F Cup.

All the others are either-
* A bad shape
* Poor quality
* No lift
* Really ugly
* Or all of the above.

Water Bras and Cream Bras- I like their Mermaid Water Bra material is nice, good shape, your breasts do appear bigger.
Their Ultimate Body Water bra is also quite good however it really does depend on your shape. Bra 'n' Things bras are really hit and miss more then other companies I find.

Bra Review- A Super Push Up Bra, Eden.

Cost- $100.05
Lift- 10/10
Separation- 10/10
Quality- 9/10
Shape- 10/10
Material- 9/10
Appearance- 9/10

Over All- 9.5/10

Bra Queen’s Comments- As you know I ALWAYS get asked about a great Push Up Bra and finally I can recommend one! This Push Up Bra gives your breasts the most beautiful shape and va va voom cleavage AND it is really comfortable. This bra is part of the Selmark Lingerie Collection which isn't a well known brand in Australia, YET! But watch this space it is going to take off! Because it competes with Le Mystere, Simone Perle and all of your luxury lingerie collections however the quality of these bras are far more superior.
What I loved most about this Push up bra is that it isn't heavy, the foam is really light so it molds to your breast and it doesn't weight a tonne.

If you would like to check out this bra or see more of their collections then you can go to Goddess Inc and I will bring you more Bra Reviews from this range in the next few weeks.

Bra Review- Calvin Klein

Calvin Klein Push-Up Balconette
Cost- $79.95
Lift- 8/10
Separation- 5/10
Quality- 9/10
Shape- 8/10
Material- 8/10
Appearance- 9/10

Over All- 6/10

Bra Queen’s Comments- I am ALWAYS asked about a good push up bra, so I am eager to find good ones. The quality of this bra was good and it did create a lovely round shape breast HOWEVER the cups are too close together so this bra will be VERY uncomfortable for you to wear. They are trying to define breast and push them close together but in doing so the bra ends up cutting into you. For the price I like you can do better.

Calvin Klein Cotton Contour
Cost- $69.95
Lift- 6/10
Separation- 6/10
Quality- 8/10
Shape- 4/10
Material- 8/10
Appearance- 9/10

Over All- 5/10

Bra Queen’s Comments-I was hopeful that this bra would be great because I have recently been on the hunt for a cotton balconette bra for a client. Sadly No, considering CK bras are for smaller cups this bra is WAY too long in the cup so it leaves the shape and therefore you looking totally wrong!

Bra Review- Bendon

Surreal
Cost- $44.95
Lift- 4/10
Separation- 4/10
Quality- 2/10
Shape- 2/10
Material- 3/10
Appearance- 3/10

Over All- 3/10
Bra Queen's Comments-The tops of the cups are flimsy but not because that cup is too big but because there is just something not right with the mold of the bra.

Damask
Cost- $44.95
Lift- 4/10
Separation- 5/10
Quality- 5/10
Shape- 5/10
Material- 5/10
Appearance- 5/10

Over All- 4/10
Bra Queen's Comments- This looks OK and the quality isn't too bad. It looks and feels like a sports bra without the support. The straps are too wide for the size of the bra it's not in proportion at all.

Bra Review- Pleasure State A to C Cups

Blondell
Cost- $134.95
Lift- 9/10
Separation- 4/10
Quality- 9/10
Shape- 4/10
Material- 8/10
Appearance- 9/10

Over All- 5/10
Bra Queen's Comments-The appearance and quality of this bra is just amazing however it is a bad shape, so I thumbs down from me. For $135- you should be getting a great shape. You have to wonder what it does look like on when you can't even find a model wearing it, even on the sites that stock it?

BRA REVIEW -Elle MacPherson A to D

Coranto
Cost- $59.95
Lift- 3/10
Separation- 7/10
Quality- 3/10
Shape- 3/10
Material- 3/10
Appearance-3/10

Over All- 2/10
Bra Queen's Comments-You can see nipple they are extremely small it looks like it was made for a 12 year old.

Razzles
Cost- $64.95
Lift- 7/10
Separation- 7/10
Quality- 4/10
Shape- 8/10
Material- 5/10
Appearance-6/10

Over All- 6/10
Bra Queen's Comments- This plunge bra gives a great round shape to your breast. I would only recommend it with a plunge top because the shape and support isn't great. It gaps in the top of the cup and the underwire doesn't sit flush against your chest.

Spree
Cost- $64.95
Lift- 5/10
Separation- 5/10
Quality- 3/10
Shape- 3/10
Material- 3/10
Appearance-3/10

Over All- 3/10
Bra Queen's Comments-This bra has nice straps however that is the only nice thing I have to say about it. Like 99% of Elle's bra's and every other lingerie company the cups are too close together this is why your bras are digging in. This bra also gives you back fat when you don't even have back fat, how does that work?

Cup Cake
Cost- $64.95
Lift- 5/10
Separation- 5/10
Quality- 4/10
Shape- 4/10
Material- 6/10
Appearance-7/10

Over All- 4/10
Bra Queen's Comments-Same old, same old the cups are too close together therefore I just can not recommend it. If the shape isn't right then it is incorrect fit.

Dress Making
Cost- $59.95
Lift- 3/10
Separation- 5/10
Quality- 3/10
Shape- 3/10
Material- 6/10
Appearance-7/10

Over All- 3/10
Bra Queen's Comments-This bra creates back fat and the underwires cut in, nasty! Pretty but it will hurt.

Dentelle
Cost- $59.95
Lift- 6/10
Separation- 7/10
Quality- 6/10
Shape- 5/10
Material- 6/10
Appearance-7/10

Over All- 5/10
Bra Queen's Comments-This bra had me so excited I thought FINALLY one at of her zillion that I have road tested one will work! So so close, but at the risk of being a cracked record THE CUPS ARE TOO CLOSE TOGETHER! 1/2 INCH thats it and it would have been great. But they digg in. Arhhh!

Do you know how frustrating this road test was? And I wasn't even the one trying them on! Imagine how my models felt, they left feeling like they had weird breasts. No you don't it is the shape of the. In total we reviewed 17 of her bras and NOT one I would really recommend. They do however have nice solid hook and eye's.
You can even see on the models that the bras are cutting in, if they models can't wear them well then who can?

What Are the Best A to C Cup Bras?

For a long time my thought process has been that A to C Cups have an abundance of bras to choose from. Sadly I was wrong; yes they have literally 100’s of bras to choose from HOWEVER the quality and shapes are just as bad as their larger cup size sisters.

I recently just embarked on a review mission for smaller cups. We tried 35 bras and do you know how many I would recommend 3! That’s right 32 of them were absolutely hideous.
For some reason every lingerie company are designing the same bras as there competitors and they are ALL just producing poorly designed bras, the main problem is really bad shapes, the under wires are too close together that’s why smaller cups often have the problem of them cutting in because the bras are designed with the cups too close together.

Now you can have your correct bra size but if the shape is wrong then it’s going to be just as uncomfortable as an incorrect fitting bra.

We reviewed bras from AU $30 to AU $130 and don’t let price fool you! Designer does not necessarily mean better, you are still just paying for the label.

So what come up triumphs?

Bonds- the Bonds Super Scoop Bra is cotton and elastic and a great shape. The cups are in the correct position so it is comfortable & supportive therefore leaving you with a great cleavage and a great shape. The only thing I would question is the life span of this bra because it does have thick elastic around the band so I would imagine that it would stretch quite quickly. Make sure it fits snugly on the loosest hook so you can tighten it when it does stretch.
Bonds is available at MYER stores.

Mimi Holliday- Do the perfect balcony bra, it is French designed and you know the French they get a woman’s body and what we need!
Made with the most amazing materials and cutting edge fashion these bras will leave you feeling great. But you will still be very comfortable while you’re feeling great.

The Mimi Holliday collection is available at Kitty K, Alluring Lingerie,Cherry Noire and Little Flirt.
