Cost- $89.95
Lift- 6/10
Separation- 6/10
Quality- 6/10
Shape- 4/10
Material- 7/10
Appearance- 8/10

Bra Queen’s Comments- The cups cut across your breasts so you look like you have spillage when it’s actually the correct cup size. Giving you a double boob! Looked really good, promising the material is nice but sadly it stopped there.

BRA REVIEW -Simone Perele

Avant
Cost- $89.95
Lift- 5/10
Separation- 6/10
Quality- 6/10
Shape- 4/10
Material- 7/10
Appearance- 5/10

Bra Queen’s Comments- I thought that Simone Perele was going to bring it home for me! But sadly NO, very disappointed, the material was nice but this bra squashes your boobs and I hate that. I am not trying to hide my G Cup boobs if I get a great shape it looks much better then trying to squash them under my arms!

BRA REVIEW -Fayre Form

Charlotte- Available in White, Toffee and Black
Cost- $49.95
Lift- 5/10
Separation- 6/10
Quality- 4/10
Shape- 2/10
Material- 4/10
Appearance- 2/10

Bra Queen’s Comments- I read an article last week that was in the Herald Sun and it said that “Fayre Form has always been at the fore front of Larger Cup Size Bras.” Now this is were I strongly disagree! If you call poor quality and flimsy material at the fore front, then OK. Yes, they are the only company that catered for the bustier women for a long time, however I find Fayre Form bras pointy, ugly and a yucky shape. I am not the only expert in this field that shares this opinion, the owner of a successful Lingerie Store who stocks Fayre Form said to me “I never fit anyone for these bras, they are a terrible shape. I never have any luck with them” I did wonder why on earth she still stocked the entire range! But I’m not footing that bill so who am I to say anything!

Bra Queen Speaks Out!

Action Speaks One Thousand Words!

One of the things I LOVE about well... being ME! I love the fact the I can give women advice, fit them, supply them with all the information they need. I'm not trying to "sell" them anything I am just me, just honest!

I love doing workshops with women and speaking at events. I love that you are sending me on challenges to find bras for you and today I was on the hunt for cotton knickers! Not any cotton knickers a pair that are great for major workouts! Sounds easy? Let me tell you it is sooo hard to find the most simple thing!
But I got there xxx

BRA REVIEW- Playtex Deluxe Support

The beautiful Kate Ceberano models this range.
It's the 1st time Playtex have really given the whole Pretty Big Bras a crack. Close but no cigar, but cheers to you for trying!
Your breasts don't look as good as Kate's, however even on Kate you can see that there is a little spillage in the cup. It did the same when I reviewed it, it's because the elastic is too tight.

Cost- $69.95
Lift- 8/10
Separation- 8/10
Quality- 6/10
Shape- 4/10
Material- 5/10
Appearance- 4/10

Bra Queen’s Comments- For the price I think you can do A LOT better! The bra makes your breasts look really pointy. Some people like that however I’m not a fan of pointy boobs.
If you’re not fussed about nice material or shape you may like this bra.

Ingredients For a Great Bra

What are the ingredients for a GREAT Bra?

The most common mistake women and even “Professional fitters” make with bras is they think it’s all about the bra size. IT’S NOT!

So many things come into play when you get fitted bra. You may have a great fit but why do you still want to rip it off at the end of the day?

Here’s WHY?

•It may be the wrong shape for you- Under wires are digging in, you are getting obvious back fat, and it’s gapping in the top of the cup OR your boobs are under your arms.
•The quality is crap- Quality means comfort, support and a longer lasting bra
•The material is poor quality- It’s scratchy on your skin, it doesn’t mold to your body and it feels like plastic. Again it’s going to be uncomfortable.

So when I do a Bra Review this is what I look for-

•Lift- It MUST give you good lift
•Shape-The shape must complement your body.
•Appearance- Is it pretty, sexy, cute, seductive
•Cost- Are they ripping you off? Should they be charging the price they are? I don’t mind paying good $$ for bras but they have to do everything they should! Like my list…
•Quality of the bra- Like is it flimsy, will it last?
•Material- What is the quality of the material? Is it soft, is it going to be comfortable, will it wash well, will you be able to see it through clothes.
•Separation- Do you have two breasts?

The Bra Queen honest in her reviews, with I very high standard and value for money are high on my list. Honesty speaks a thousand words I believe you should know what you are getting.

An expensive bra does not mean it’s a good one. As I publish my Bra Reviews you will see this for yourself.
If you would like me to hunt a bra down for you for example to go under a specific outfit and you can’t find it or you may have an uncommon bra size or you would like me to review a particular Bra email me braqueen@gmail.com

Small Business & Social Media

I read this post this morning and I know so many Small Businesses are hesitate to start networking via social media OR don't know where to start.

This is a wonderful post that answers all of those unknown questions you have.
I wish I had read this 12 months ago when I was flying blind when I just entered this new arena!

But now it's available to YOU!

Ideas for Social Media Types (from a Small Business Owner)
by Mark on August 11, 2009
Full disclosure: I own a small business, which happens to be a hotel (B&B), and I use social media.

The Customer Cult
When I lived on the Pacific Island of Papua New Guinea I was fascinated with the Cargo Cult religious movement that some of the villagers (that I knew quite well) believed in.
Members of the Cargo Cult have the basic conviction that manufactured goods (cargo) such as radios, televisions, cars, and refrigerators will fall from the sky (or somehow magically appear) if they just believe and pray hard enough.
Many small business owners, who are new to the medium of social media as a method of promotion for their venture, have a sort of an analogous “Customer Cult” mentality.
Meaning, these particular business owners have the misconception that as soon as they sign up with various social media sites, customers are going to fall from the sky in droves and they’ll immediately be inundated with more business than they can handle.
Social Media and Small Business
Presently, within the social media and small business communities, we find ourselves facing an interesting dichotomy.
There are many small business owners who would like to use social media to help with online promotion, but they aren’t necessarily familiar with the tools and how to use them effectively.
Likewise, there are many well qualified social media professionals who have never owned a small business, and as such, they are not necessarily aware of the every day struggles that small business owner’s face. READ MORE
